During my time at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences Melaka, I successfully completed practical training in the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments. In the Front Office, I managed guest reservations through platforms such as Agoda, Expedia, and Booking.com, ensuring seamless booking experiences. Additionally, I handled customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, consistently working towards enhancing guest satisfaction. This hands-on experience honed my problem-solving skills, strengthened my ability to provide exceptional customer service, and deepened my understanding of hospitality operations.
